Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Celestia VPN, operated by BrainScale Solutions LLC (the "Operator"). Using the Service means you agree to these Terms.

1. Account

• A Telegram account or email address is sufficient to use the Service.
• You are responsible for keeping your subscription URL and your linked Telegram account secure.
• Sharing your subscription with third parties is not recommended and may result in restricted access.

2. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

• commit actions that violate the law of your country or the jurisdictions where the Service operates;
• send spam, conduct phishing, or distribute malware;
• carry out DDoS attacks, port scanning, or other network attacks;
• distribute material related to exploitation of minors, terrorism, or extremism;
• infringe third-party intellectual property.

3. Usage limits

• One subscription is intended for a single User across their personal devices.
• The Operator may enforce reasonable bandwidth limits and a cap on concurrent connections.

4. Intellectual property

The name Celestia, the logo, and all site and application design elements belong to the Operator. Use without written permission is not permitted.

5. Termination

The Operator may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached, without prior notice and without refund.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Disputes are subject to the courts of the Republic of Armenia.
